Guillaume Kurkdjian is an illustrator & animator hailing from Nantes, France. He began experimenting with software whilst still at secondary school and over time conceived a distinctive and incredibly pleasing signature style. He describes it as "colourful, smooth, naive but cheeky, often exciting and geometric".
Having built up something of a cult following on Tumblr and Behance with his retro-tinged GIF animations, it's led to a variety of freelance projects from around the world. From dinky vehicles to entire sprawling cities, he creates 2D and 3D illustrations and animations for his clients including Cartoon Network, Lyft, IBM, La Poste, Apple and Facebook.
