Born in Stockholm and based in Eindhoven, Petra took a journey via Dublin, Malta, Berlin and Barcelona on her way to becoming an illustrator. Her work is littered with the eclectic references she picked up along the way.
She studied Graphic Design at the renowned Berghs School of Communication, an education that’s led her to always strive to solve problems in a creative brief. Working in a mix of Procreate, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Petra creates bold imagery awash with big bright colours and anchored with strong compositions.
When she’s not working Petra spends her time watching Studio Ghibli films, reading books and discovering her new home country, usually accompanied with a cup of green tea.
