Tatyana Alanis is an illustrator and designer from Anaheim, California now residing in Fort Worth, Texas. Originally trained as a journalist, she pivoted to a career in art post college, but never lost her eye for narrative. Inspired by fashion and architecture she creates illustrations inspired by a mix of nostalgia and present day, depicting timeless snapshots of everyday life.
When she’s not working, Tatyana is usually found in the company of Lana and Russell (a Rottweiler and Great Dane, respectively) or hanging out with her husband and friends, shopping for vinyl or running. Notable clients include The New Yorker, AARP, Raising Canes and Berliner Zeitung am Wochenende.
