Simone Noronha is New York based illustrator of Indian origin, born and raised in Dubai. After gaining a degree in graphic design, she began her career as a brand designer before switching paths to pursue illustration and animation.
Simone enjoys telling subtle stories, weaving narratives into her imagery with saturated palettes and the moody lightning that has become her signature style.
Her inspirations are eclectic, but she’s particularly drawn to intricate work; including the Arts and Crafts movement as well as South Asian and Persian miniature paintings. When she’s not at her desk she can be found taking long walks around her neighbourhood while listening to true crime podcasts.
